Team dynamics

How are you bolstering the performance of your teams?

We create safe spaces for teams to allow their real challenges to emerge so that they can then begin to solve things together. We aim to enhance group performance, cohesion and effectiveness. We can do more working together than alone, and when successful outcomes rely on collaboration between people, the team dynamic is critical. Diversity of thinking can be a tremendous asset for teams. But it can be tricky to harness. Creating room for team members to figure out ways to lean into the discomfort of this and frame these differences positively can be a force multiplier.

Some of our favourite tools to leverage in team workshops are the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (thinking preferences), GLWS Survey (wellbeing) and Saville Wave (professional style/personality).

Leadership development

How are you building your leadership pipeline?

We design group programs and pathways for cohorts of leaders to develop their ability to lead more effectively and to create a pipeline of future talent. Organisations often recognise the potential for enhancing the leadership skills of a particular team, unit or level of management. A group approach can be advantageous for reasons of efficiency, budget or simply to leverage the supportive and collegiate environment created from doing things together. A further positive flow-on effect is increased alignment amongst leaders which can cascade the benefits and learnings through to the teams below more effectively. If it suits the context, we may also incorporate assessment tools such as 360 assessments, personality profiling or wellbeing tools into the design.
